The approved pack was supplied and the licence confirmed on 14 October 2026 — see GUIDE PHOTOGRAPHY below. These older files are 1,400px copies taken from the public website before the pack arrived, and are the ones to replace next from the portal's originals. GUIDE PHOTOGRAPHY — Victory Leisure Homes Ltd Source: the Victory Marketing Portal, the manufacturer's own asset pack, held in the SONS & CO. data room. This is the approved pack the note above asks for, so these files have a provenance the older lodge-*.jpg files do not. guide-pitch-markings.jpg 2027 Cotswold on a marked pitch Holiday Homes/NEW 2027 Cotswold/Photography guide-lodge-garden.jpg Liberté — exterior in a planted garden Twin Lodges/Liberte - new for 2027/Photography guide-dining.jpg Prestige Phoenix — dining Prestige/Residential park homes/Phoenix guide-lounge-diner.jpg Prestige Skylark — open-plan lounge diner Prestige/Holiday Lodges/Skylark guide-woodburner.jpg Prestige Foresters — lounge, wood burner Prestige/Holiday Lodges/Foresters/Lounge.jpg Each is cropped to 16:9 from an original 4,000 to 7,400px wide, then served at 1400px with a 760px -sm variant. The crop is ours rather than the browser's, because the hero renders at 16:9 under object-cover. Not used, and why: · The Linea and Sonnet exteriors are show-ground photographs with PRESTIGE banners, branded planters and deckchairs in frame. They would advertise the manufacturer on a page about our own homes. · Hampton-006 and Tempest-002 show the same ground: bunting, marquees and a part-visible PRESTIGE sign. · The 2024 Lifestyle "Photography" folder is phone snapshots with Victory branded mats on the floor. · The portal holds no photograph of a dog. The dog guide's hero is a veranda: it shows where a dog would sit, it does not claim to show one. LICENCE: confirmed by the client on 14 October 2026 — the portal is held under licence and these files may be published on this site. The restriction that remains is editorial, not legal: nothing carrying Victory or Prestige branding goes on a page about our own homes. COLLECTION TILES — Victory Leisure Homes Ltd Same portal, same licence. These are cropped to 4:5 rather than 16:9 because they are read as portraits on the home page, and a long low park home survives a 4:5 crop where a 3:4 one cuts the roof off it. Re-cut on 14 October 2026 at 1400px with a 760px -sm variant, the sizes the rest of the site uses. They were first cut at 960/520 for a 300px tile; the home page now shows one of them at 736px, which a retina screen renders from about 1,470 real pixels. The crop boxes were located inside the masters by search rather than re-chosen by eye, so the framing is unchanged. tile-residential.jpg Prestige Majestic — residential park home, three-quarter Prestige/Residential park homes/Majestic/Majestic-001.jpg tile-lodge.jpg Prestige Glass House — exterior with glass balustrade Prestige/Holiday Lodges/Glass House/Glass House Exterior.jpg tile-kitchen.jpg Prestige Aura — kitchen and dining Prestige/Holiday Lodges/Aura/Aura_01-Edit.jpg Each collection names its own file. The home page used to show the first matching home's first photograph, which meant four collections drawn from the same park were illustrated by one picture repeated four times. Also rejected here: Majestic, Linea, Sofia and Sonnet exteriors photographed on the showground with PRESTIGE bunting and boards along the frontage. The Majestic frame used is the one clean angle of that set, cropped away from the branded building behind it. PARK AND AMENITY PHOTOGRAPHY — Marwell Resort, Hampshire Source: marwellresort.co.uk resort-*.jpg Aerial, lake, firepit, golf, fishing, archery, axe, soft play, pool, gym, dining food-*.jpg Coopers Creek, the bar, the coffee bar st-*.jpg Estate grounds — lake, meadow, woodland, forest path lodge-ext-real.jpg, lodge-living-real.jpg, lodge-kitchen-real.jpg, lodge-dining-real.jpg Photographs of the lodges as they stand at Marwell Court gates.jpeg, estate-poster.jpg, siteplan.jpeg ACTION REQUIRED: confirm permission, or obtain originals from the resort. NOTE ON THE OTHER PARKS: Marwell photography is used only for Marwell. The other six parks lead with licensed landscape photography of their own part of the country (see the Wikimedia Commons section below) rather than another park's grounds. That is honest — the coast at Woolacombe really is nine miles from Mill Park — but it is still not photography *of the park*, and each site needs its own before launch. Tiles: OpenStreetMap's own tile servers, attributed on every map as the ODbL requires. CARTO's keyless basemaps were used originally but now return tiles stamped "API KEY REQUIRED", so they were dropped. ACTION REQUIRED before launch: OSM's tile usage policy is for modest, non-commercial traffic and asks that businesses do not depend on it. Take a paid tile plan (Ordnance Survey, Mapbox, MapTiler, Stadia, or CARTO with a key) and set VITE_TILE_URL and VITE_TILE_ATTRIB. TYPEFACES (self-hosted, so no font CDN sees a visitor's IP address) Inter SIL Open Font License 1.1 (Rasmus Andersson) JetBrains Mono SIL Open Font License 1.1 Inter does both roles, headings and text. It was adopted on 22 October 2026 to match meltflexai.com, which serves the same face, also self-hosted, so the two properties read as one house. Downloaded once from Google Fonts and committed here as two subsets, latin and latin-ext. A visitor's browser never contacts Google: that is the whole reason the files are in the repository. Hanken Grotesk (Alfredo Marco Pradil, OFL 1.1) held both roles from October 2026 until this change and is no longer loaded. Fraunces and Inter Tight came before it. Azo Sans (R-Typography) and Gill Sans (Monotype) are commercial and NEITHER WAS EVER USED OR EMBEDDED HERE; only a visual direction was taken from Azo Sans, which is not something a licence covers. PARK DATA Locations, acreages, planning consents, pitch counts and on-site facilities are taken from the Sons & Co. Property & Financials packs (February 2026) and the Marwell Court home schedule. Distances to attractions are approximate road miles. Beechwood Park's address and postcode are indicative pending completion of that acquisition, and the site says so on the park page.
